16. Officers of the University.— The following shall be officers of the University:—
(1) The Chancellor,
(2) The Pro-Chancellor,
(3) The Vice-Chancellor,[3] *

6[ 7[(3B) The Honorary Treasurer;]
8[(3C)] The Registrar;
8[(3D)] The Finance Officer;]
8[(3E)] The Deans of the Faculties; and]
9[(4)] Such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
