PROVISIONS RELATING TO DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE NATIONAL DAIRY DEVELOPMENT BOARD
17. Provisions regarding members of board of society and directors of dissolved company.— Every person holding office as a member of the board of the society, or as a director of the dissolved company, immediately before the appointed day, shall, on and from that day, cease to hold office as such member or director.
