9. The shares held immediately before the appointed day by the State of Madras in the Travancore Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, the Madras Radio and Electrical Limited and the Madras Industrial Investment Corporation shall be divided between the States of Madras, Andhra and Mysore in the proportion of 62⅔: 36 : 1⅓.
