I t is hereby . . . ~ enactedf that from and after the 1st. day of September 1853, the villages: ' and hamlets mentioned in the annexed Schedule shall be subject to all Regulations and Acts which are, or shall be, in force within the Territories subject to the Presidency .of 11. I t is hereby further enacted that the Pergunnahs of Yawul, . Chtipra, and Pachora, and the Turf of Lohara, in the Province of Khandesh, formerly belonging to His Highness Scindia, and which have been permanently ceded to the British Government, .shall be deemed to have been sub-ject, - from the 26th of February 45, to the Regulations and Acts in force in the Bombay Presi- ncy, to the same extent as if the said Pergunnahs and Turf had ACT No. XITI.
