Section 2. Constitution of Fund

12. Constitution of Fund.—(1) As soon as may be after the expiry of each month, the proceeds of the cess collected during that month shall, after deduction of the expenses of collection, be paid to the Board; and the Board shall credit the said proceeds and any other moneys which may be received by it to a Fund to be called the "Tea Improvement Fund". (2) The Fund shall be applied towards meeting the expenses of the Board and the cost of the measures referred to in section 10.
