An Act to repeal the Forfeiture Act, 1859.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-firstyearof the Republic of India as follows:- 1. This Act may be called the Forfeiture (Repeal) Act, `2000.` 2. The Forfeiture Act, 1859 is hereby repealed.
