I. I T is hereby enacted, that it shall be lawful for the Governor General of India in Council, in his executive capacity, to direct the Coinage and issuing of any Silver Coins, of a value represented in even annas or sixteenths of the Company's Rupee, provided they be of the same standard as that prescribed for such Rupee by the Act No. XVII. of 1835, and of proportionate weight.
