I. So much of Section II Act No. XIV of 1843 as prescribes the levy of duties of Customs on the import of Cotton, uncleaned or cleaned, into the North-Western Provinces of the Presidency of Bengal, is hereby repealed. Repeal of so much of Schedule of Act XIV 1836 as allows a drawback.
