An Act to amend and supplement the Indian Ports Act, 1889. HEREAS it is expedient to amend and suppleWrnent the Indian Ports Act, 1889; It is hereby x 1889. enacted as follows :- I. For clause (a) of section 6, sub-section (I), of Substitution I. For clause (a) of nemclauso for section 6 `(1)` (a), Act substituted, namely :- x of 1889.
