The provisions of sections six and seven of Act No. XIV of 1843 shall apply as if the duties therein-mentioned were the duty leviable under the said Act No. VII of 1864 as modified by section three of this Act and as if the orders referred to in the said section six of Act No. XIV of 1843 were orders issued under the said Act No. VII of 1864 or under section three of this Act.
