Section 96. Expenses of witnesses

96. Expenses of witnesses.— The reasonable expenses incurred by any person in attending to give evidence may be allowed by[1] [the High Court] to such person and shall, unless[1] [the High Court] otherwise directs, be deemed to be part of the costs.
