TqThen so extended to eitllcr the Town and Port of Madras, or the Town and Port of .Bolnbay, this Act shall in all respects apply to such Town and Port as if the name of such 'Fawn and Port had appearecl in this Act wherever the ila,rne of Calcutta appears. a
