(1) The Central Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, declare the Committee to be dissolved, and on the date of the publication of any such notification the Committee shall stand dissolved and this Act shall be deemed to be repealed. (2) When the Committee is dissolved either under this section or by the expiry of this Act, the unexpended balance of fees received by the Committee under this Act shall lapse to the Central Government.
