Section 31. (1) Any applicant aggrieved by an order of the Committee under section 28, section 29 or section 30

31. (1) Any applicant aggrieved by an order of the Committee under section 28, section 29 or section 30 may appeal to the Provincial Government within sixty days from the date thereof and the Provincial Government may cancel, modify or suspend any such order. (2) The records of the Committee relating to proceedings under this Chapter shall be open to inspection at all reasonable times by any officer authorised in this behalf by the Provincial Government.
