25. Where Indian Tea Control. [ACT VIII] Export of tea produced in Indian States. 25. Where legislation enacted in any Indian State has made provision in pursuance of the agreement implemented by and in consonance with the provisions contained in this Act for the control of the export of tea from and for the control of the extension of the cultivation of tea in the State, the Committee shall issue export licences, special export licences and permits for the export or carriage out of British India of tea produced in any such State in the same manner and subject to the same incidents as such licences or permits are issued in respect of tea produced in British India.
