Chapter V: . An Act to provide for the control of export of tea from, and for the control of the extension of the cultivation of tea in, British India. WHEREAS it is expedient, for the purpose of implementing the agreement which the Central Government has entered into with the Governments of Ceylon and the Netherlands India to give effect to the provisions of the International Agreement made between associations representing the tea growers of India, Ceylon and the Netherlands India, to provide for the control of the export of tea from, and for the control of the extension of the cultivation of tea in, British India; It is hereby enacted as follows:—
