2. Amendment of section 25, Act 29 of 1953.-In sub-section (1)
of section 25 of the Tea Act, 1953, for the words 'kt such rate not exceeding two rupees per one hundred pounds as the Central C-overnment may notify in the Official Gazette", the words "at the rate of four rupees per one hundred pounds" shall be substituted.
