Section 12. After section '94 the following section shall be inserted, namely :

Notwithstanding anything contained in written or oral, before any person appointed under section 94 of this Act and section 15 of Act X I of 1865 to exercise the powers'of a Judge of a Court of Smdl Causes in the Small Cause Court at Ran~oon, shall be in such language as the Chief Commissioner may, from time to time, prescribe."
