II. And it is hereby enacted, in lieu of the maximum rate prescribed by the sunnued of appointment referred to in Section X. of the above mentioned Regulation, that after the 1[st] day of July 1837, it shall be competent to the Punchaite appointed by the said Sunnued, to fix the rate of assessment to be levied from the Proprietor or Principal Occupier of any Shop or Habitation at Two Company's Rupees per mensem.
