XI. The word ' 6 Magistraten in this Act shall include any person lawfully exercising the powers of a Magistrate and any Interpretation. Assistant to a Magistrate or Deputy Nagistrate specially authorized by the Executive Government to exercise the powers vested i.n a Magistrate by this Act.
