CHAPTER XVI
TRANSITORY PROVISIONS
193. Definition of "British officer" .—(1) In this Chapter "British officer" means a person of nonIndian domicile holding a commission in His Majesty's Air Force and serving in the Air Force.
(2) The expression "superior officer" in this Act shall be deemed to include a British officer.
