In matters connected with the assessment and collection of any sum leviable under this Act, an appeal shall lie from the order of any person authorized under this Act to make assessments, to such person as the Lieutenant-Governor appoints: Provided that such appeal shall be presented within thirty days from the date of such order. The order of such person on such appeal shall be final.
