Section II. And it is hereby enacted, that the collection of Toll which by the second Section of the Regulation

And it is hereby enacted, that the collection of Toll which by the second Section of the Regulation aforesaid, was placed under the Superintendence of the Collector of the Northern Konkan, shall from the said 1st day of October next, be under the Superintendence of such person as the Governor of Bombay in Council shall appoint.
