Section I. It is hereby enacted, in modification of Section I. Regulation IX. Of 1830, of the Bombay Code, that

I. It is hereby enacted, in modification of Section I. Regulation IX. Of 1830, of the Bombay Code, that from the 1st day of October next, every Labor Cart, and every Labor Hackery, not having springs, and having wheels of less diameter than three feet six niches, and the tyers less in breadth than three inches, shall be subject at the Bhore Ghaut in passing to a Toll not exceeding Half a rupees, if such Cart or Hackery be drawn by two Bullocks, and not exceeding a rupee, if such Cart or Hackery be drawn by four Bullocks.
