A copy of every document mentioned in the fourth clause of the said schedule and executed on or after the first day of May 1866, shall, in the case of every such document heretofore executed, as soon as may be after the passing of this Act, and in the case of every such document hereafter executed, as soon as may be after its execution, be sent by the Local Government to the Registrar or to every Registrar within whose district 176 ACT No. XXVII of 1868. district the whole or any part of the immoveable property comprised in such document is situate, and shall be filed by him in his Book 1.
