Section 1

1. Nothing contained in the said Act shall be deemed to require, or to have at any time required, the registration of any of the documents or maps comprised in the schedule hereto annexed. Scheduled documents exempted from Act XX of 1866. But all such documents and maps shall, for the purposes of sections forty-eight and forty-nine of the same Act, be deemed to have been and to be registered in accordance with its provisions.
