2. To the first clause of section 28 of the Pre- Atrlendment sidency Banks Act, 1876, the following proviso shall of Act XI of 1876, section be added, that is to say : 28.

"Provided that no person shall be chosen to be President or V ice-President twice in succession."
3. In the same Act, section 34, before the words Arnendluent " no Khaz6nchi," the words " witliout the previous of 8cotion 34 of snlnc Act. sanction of the Board" shall be inserted.
