49. Within twenty-four hours after the arrival Master to within the limits of any port subject to this Act of ~ ~ ~ L ~ any vessel liable to the payment of port-dues under this or any subsequent Act, the Master of such vessel shall report such arrival to the Conservator of such port, Any Master without lawful excuse failing to make such report within the time aforesaid shall for every such offence be p~~nislied with fine which may extcud to one hundrcd rupees. - Nothing in this section applies to tug->teail?ers, ferrylsteamers or river-steamers plying in any of the ports subject to this Act. 50.
