33. The Master of any vessel having on board Penalties for any gunpowder contrary to the provisions of this :t:,;fited Act, shall for every such offence be punished with fine omder on which may extend to two hundred rupees ; goard. and all gunpowder on board any vessel contrary to the provisions of this Act, shall be forfeited to Government, and may be seized by the Conservator, or by any Collector of Customs, or by any Customhouse officer, or other officer authorized in that behalf by the Local Government, within the limits of their respective jurisdictions.
