An Act to invest the Assistant Commissioner in charge of the Kullu Sub-division of the Kángra District with certain appellate powers.
WHEREAS the Assistant Commissioner in charge of the Kullu Sub-division of the Kángra District was invested with certain appellate powers in civil cases by Act No. IV of 1870; and whereas the period for which the said Act was to continue in force, has now expired, and it is expedient to repeal the said Act and to re-enact it without prescribing any period for its continuance; It is hereby enacted as follows:—
