Section 59. Land revenue to be first charge

CHAPTER VII. — REALISATION OF LAND REVENUE AND OTHER PUBLIC DEMANDS 59. Land revenue to be first charge.— Land revenue assessed on any land shall be the first charge on that land and on the crops, rents and profits thereof.
