27. Rates for warehousing .—[2] * * * The Directors of the said Association shall, from time to time, fix the rates at which the said Association will Warehouse Goods and receive Goods at its Wharfs, and[1] * * * a table of such rates shall be placed at every Warehouse and Wharf of the said Association.
