All suits and proceeuings arising in tf e said Pergunnahs which, at the time of the passing of this ,4ct, shall be pending ill any Savin as to suits pend- ing at t i e time of passing Court, or befise any Officer, shall be heard and determined of this Act. in the salve manner as if the said Pergunnahs had not been brought under the operation of'the General Regulations.
