An Act to extend the operation of Sections X. and XII., Regulation XXVI. 1814 of the Bengal Code. Whereas it is expedient for the better administration of Justice to extend the provisions of Section X. Regulation XXVI. 1814, and make them applicable to Suits instituted in the Courts of the Moonsiffs, It is enacted as follows: I. From the passing of this Act, Section X. and XII., Regulation XXVI. 1814, shall be applicable to all Suits instituted in the Courts of the Moonsiffs, in the Presidency of Fort William in Bengal. II. The provisions of Act XII. 1843, shall apply to all appoints which the Court shall record as the points to be established, or on which proof is required by the Court according to Section X. Regulation XXVI. 1814, and to this Act. ___________
