Section 14. Sanction of Central Government to the opening of metro railway

CHAPTER V OPENING OF METRO RAILWAY 14. Sanction of Central Government to the opening of metro railway.— The metro railway in 3[the National Capital Region, metropolitan city and metropolitan area] shall not be opened for the public carriage of passengers except with the previous sanction of the Central Government.
