1. (I) This Act may be called the Indian Finance g;e8;;leaa Act. 1928. t~on,
(2) I t extends to the whole of British India, including British Baluchistan and the Sonthal Parganas.
(3) Sections 2 and 3 shall rernain in force only up to the 31st day of March, 1929.
